I’ve been a renter with Debco for eight years now. I have no complaints about them. Their staff is friendly and helpful and when I’ve had maintenance issues they’re timely on getting repairs done..
A horrible management company to rent from. I do not recommend using them if at all possible. Kicked us out for no reason (we always paid rent on time and gave them no problems. We rented from them for 2 1/2 years) and then they expected us to pay $160 more than the deposit. Very rude head manager as well.
Never sent anyone to fix the problems with the house we rented. Charged us for random fees after we moved out that weren’t relevant to the current state of he house. Overall unresponsive to the concerns we had. Not a great experience
The Office people are terrible to deal with... they don't care about anything.. def. Dont want to deal with them anymore :(
