This may not be the same Debbie Chang, MD, however, something tells me it just might be the same person. I found this on my windshield last night and as a Latina, I found this deeply offensive and harmful. No ethical, practicing psychologist should ever put these types of flyers out. I thought psychiatrists were aimed at harm reduction not harm induction.
I have KP insurance. Failed to show up/call for follow-up appointment, pharmacy could not reach her (details below). She set an extremely aggressive tapering plan for a controlled benzodiazepine but failed to renew the script TWICE in a row, leaving me in the lurch. Literally lurking around the pharmacy for a response. Pharmacy couldn't get ahold of her both times.
