Do not rent from them. They put false information on their listings and they require a non-refundable security deposit upfront before seeing the lease terms. When the lease paperwork had different information compared to the listing, my sis and I asked them about it and they tried to gaslight us. We sent screenshot proof and they would still deny it. Although I am not a tenant just yet. I love the way they have decent apartments townhomes and houses for rent. I can tell these people about their business and they are trustworthy. I submitted my application today for a two bedroom town home for me and my daughter we are new to Arkansas and I cannot wait to move into one!
