Scott made the whole process seamless and easy. He always had my interest as priority number one when it came to house shopping. He checked on issues that I did not even conceive as possible just to make sure that I have all the information I need. I would rate higher if I could.
The Bristol Manor apartment complex (Ellis Drive) is not a place anyone should have to pay to live in. There is mold in all of the units and this property management does not care. I lived there for 1 year in a “remodeled” unit. I submitted at least 4 leak related maintenance requests that resulted in water coming up through the floor throughout the entire kitchen and dining area. The neighboring unit had to evacuate because the upstairs floor was caving in and they didn’t want to fix it.
Good luck dealing with these folks. Not only are you stuck with texting as the main form of communication, there is only Scott’s way, because Scott is NEVER wrong. So, don’t try to object to what he says, it won’t matter in the end.
