We rented a home from this company. We were there a year. We enjoyed the home. We had a crazy neighbor that made it very challenging to live there - they left their dogs outside all the time- in. The summer in the winter ect. We paid $700 to have home professionally cleaned- it was left cleaner than when we moved in and I have the photos to show. We left a $2600 deposit. I was just waiting to see what snarky comment you guys will respond with after I left my review. I’m not upset that we got denied because of your false qualifications that you listed for some reason I’m upset at the fact that you refused to even cooperate when I was emailing you about my job verification you refuse to do a simple task for what you needed you sent me grammatically incorrect emails never answer the phone once and I called over 10 times wouldn’t respond to any questions that I had. Stay away! They are way nicer in how they respond to bad reviews than how they communicate with you while you’re a tenant. It’s like they suddenly know how to be nice on these Google reviews. Company is a joke
Customer service is sorry and when you try and call or email about an issue they don’t respond. I done reach out several times about tenants sweeping shit down on other people’s property and cars but can’t get a callback or email but when it’s dealing with the rent they’ll email you real quick and what do you mean I sent proof plenty of times pictures emails and etc and yall haven’t did anything
