The crew moved a 30" refrigerator/freezer on a moving blanket and dragged across a new 20 ML LVP floor, doing excessive damage to the floor. Upon submitting a claim with 3 proposals, the have agreed to give me about 10% of my builders estimate leaving the balance for me to pay, The have stopped returning calls or emails. BEWARE. THEY WON'T PAY YOU FOR ANY DAMAGE TO YOUR PROPERTY OR BELONGINGS.

The crew did an excellent job in packing up our household goods the day before the move. Everything was packed excellently with more than a sufficient amount of packing paper and boxes. On the day of the move, three of the 5 man team were excellent in their efforts. Obviously, they had done this before and were experienced. It seemed like the other 2 crew members had just become members of the team and required supervision and guidance. Our furniture and household goods did get moved to our new home.
