Does not honor warranties for items purchased through their ebay storefront, steering racks fail and develop slop between the pinion and the rack. The item I purchased was listed under a David, however my name is Brad, and the order information didn't match in either system. I've called and spoke with multiple people about this.
I purchased a complete front-end kit, which included ball joints, tie rods, a steering rack, control arms, brakes, and rotors. Unfortunately, several issues arose shortly after installation. The upper ball joints did not fit despite being advertised as compatible. The lower ball joints required replacement after just six months. Additionally, the rotors warped within a few months of use. Update: (July 27, 2025) It has been 4 months since I bought the brake kits. In that shirt time frame I had to replace both the driver and passenger side rotor hub. Each time they made me have a mechanic send them a certified letter stating the rotor hubs are damaged. Now that both have been replaced my brakes are squeaking like I never changed them out! Ordered brakes & discs online and they sent the wrong size. They won’t accept a return, only an exchange. But I had to find a new set locally since I had to take the old discs off to notice the size difference.
Update: purchase 4 rotors and sets of pads full brake set- arrive a 25 days after ordering with only 2 rotors in box nothing else. no shipping protection just two metal rotors lose in a box. not to mention missing more than half the product. --Ordered parts two weeks ago under the guise of 2-3 day shipping. then thinking we found a good company my husband ordered parts a couple days later. neither my parts nor his has come. they dont answer when you try to contact and just keep updating shipping date to next day. now out 600... read more
