their front office staff is a nightmare...they are rude and unhelpful and they way they spoke to me both on the phone and in person is disrespectful. its a shame too because the dr's are amazing. especially dr. ellington. not sure why they are okay with their staff acting that way and being the first interaction and representation people see when they call or come in
RecommendedI was lucky enough to find these wonderful people when I was charged $350 at the "charity" vet that supposedly worked "on a sliding scale".As my cat was dying in kidney failure, they chose to lecture me on the cat's weight. The staff and doctors that I have encountered at Dearborn care about the animal first and foremost. They tell me straight what the situation is and we discuss my options. I have never felt pressured in any way, and it's clear that healthy animals are their priority.

Not many vets out there that will tell you lets take care of your pet first then we will worry about payments. They have all of my business for now on. They deserve 6 stars instead of 5.
