we were recommended by a few locals to dine at this establishment. Unfortunately my party of 8 had a horrible experience at this restaurant. Slow service....all our meals were cold and once I brought the situation to the Manager (Brian) attention....his reaction was so unconcerned and he pretty much didn't care that we weren't satisfied. He had NO customer service nor managerial skills. Finally after waiting another 30 minutes for our checks another manager came over apologized and removed several items off our bill.
