The service was completely horrible!!! We waited for OVER 2 hours to be seated and WE WAS NEVER SEATED!!!!
We had food there today. One of the food was really bad and salty. When we shared that with the waitress and with the manager, they told us with an unprofessional behavior and big attitude that it is what it is and they can not do any thing about it. The waitress actually said she can not imagine the food to be salty. We can see how the attitude was transferred from the manager (James)to his employees. We will not go there any more and we do not recommend it to our friends and relatives

Great food!! Awesome service from Melissa!! This was my first time and my hubbys second. We arrived today when it opened. Didn't have to wait at all! Will definitely come back and visit again.
Hate it! The food was bland. I was very disappointed and had high expectations being that it's in New Orleans and a seafood restaurant. The manager is very rude! Very ugly and nasty attitude. I witnessed her yell at guest and hit someone then called the police as though she was right! And I never heard of a restaurant that don't split the bill. I always eat here when I'm in New Orleans. Amazing gumbo, and the half seafood platter will easily feed 3 people.
Services was horrible, I went with a group of 18 ppls we all sat at different table and every table had a compaint!!! Manager was unbelievable rude I can't believe this man told me I didn't have to do nothing cause he brought us some onion rings to our table. I was sick to my stomach after we left cause we spent that much money and to be treated like that.. my cousin can't even eat after she was told to leave the table to be seat at ..the whole experience was bad I'll never go back.
The crabmeat au gratin was DELICIOUS, my first time trying it. ��
