When rain started seeping through the flashing near our chimney, I reached out to them. Zack led the reroofing project and recommended switching from standard asphalt to a laminated shingle system for better coverage. The team stripped everything down to the sheathing, replaced damaged boards, and reworked the hips and ridges for improved water flow. The project wrapped up smoothly, inspections cleared on the first attempt, and the roof looks sharp.
They replaced the roof after discovering moisture in the decking, and most of the decking was rotten and in poor condition. Frank led the crew through tear-off, new sheathing, and installation of asphalt shingles. The structure feels solid, and drainage works perfectly now.
We wanted to save on energy bills, so Alex suggested energy efficient shingles and extra insulation. He explained everything clearly, and the crew got to work right away. They worked fast, even in the heat, and kept us ion the loop. Its exactly what we wanted!!
