I definitely dodged a bullet with this place. They will not get back to you in a timely manner so if you are looking for a fast response don’t even bother! Called and left a voicemail for about a week and finally got an email from Vanessa but it was very dismissive. Avoid this place if you can
More roaches than people. Water damage and mold, saw a roach everyday while living here, gnats, rats, and maintenance comes so randomly. They’re strict for no reason about pets and the amenities are not worth anything. Regular car break-ins. Complex gets robbed regularly and the complex knows about it and didn’t warn anyone until it happens. If you have breathing problems, the air systems are so old and filled with dust/debris that has never been cleaned.
So many bugs so little pest control.
