Appreciated – We sure appreciated the early starting hours and getting us on our way ASAP, so that a whole day wasn't spent on our car repair.

Lifesaver – OK. As a girl that knows nothing about cars--I mean nothing--these guys were lifesavers! A few months ago I had to have some major work done to my car--it is 9 years old after all. Excellent work – Years ago Dean fixed my tandem universal joints (inside the torque tube) when no one else was interested. The result was excellent work with competitive prices. Now they have a good customer for life.
On target – I was referred to Dean Transmission by Harold at the Markets St. Spirit Station. This shop has always been on target and on time.
First class – I received prompt courteous service from Jerry. I was able to get under the truck and view the under carriage. then John went into some detail on maintenance procedures. A first class operation.
Relieved – I appreciated the time for the explanation of problems discovered when the transmission was disassembled and presentation of the alternatives to achieve the use that we can afford at this time. The opinion and expertise of the owner and technician are very valuable when the topic is an automatic transmission.
