The absolute worst management company in all of Tallahassee. Highly recommend not signing any lease with this company. Extremely unprofessional with all maintenance requests and have absolutely no idea how to answer a phone call/get back to you. If you leave a single scratch on the wall or some crumbs on the carpet, you’re getting fined. If you’re in college and are looking for a place to live, go anywhere but here.
Worst leasing company i ever delt with. They will blatantly steal money from you if the slightest opportunity presents itself. An underground pipe bursted open beneath our unit and resulted in charges on our utility bill for THOUSANDS of dollars. When we asked for help they ignored us for months, then when they finally replied, they told us to kick rocks and stuck us with the charges. These people actually deserve to be sued. property manager is very unprofessional and often inappropriate towards college aged tenants. this company will often practice gender discrimination with rent rates with price differences raging from 50$-100$ per month depending on if you are a male tenant or female tenant. nice property but horribly managed and discriminatory.
