Dean made the entire process of purchasing a home very smooth for a first time homebuyer like myself. He showed me important items to look for in the property disclosures and explained what they were if I was not familiar. He took the time and effort to keep me informed during every step of the process and was able to answer any questions that I had. He is very professional, knowledgeable, and responsive. I would definitely work with Dean again in the future and recommend to have him as your realtor.
