Dean Plumbing, unlike other plumbers in the Princeton area, seems to emphasize fair pricing as well as strong customer service since it’s been under new management. The owner I deal with, Moody, has been consistently available by phone, same day. We had a billing miscommunication about a complex job that I finally realized was my fault, and he was gracious throughout. Strong recommendation.

Bought a new hvac unit, with the service contract. They were suppose to come by 4 times and year and the whole system was under warranty for parts and labor for 10 years. The never came by, nothing but excuses when they would answer the phones and then told me they had been sold and the new owners will not honor any warranty’s on past purchases. New owner and service manager more or less told me “it’s not our problem”. So buyer beware

Update: Scam company that tucked tail and ran. Owner scammed distributors and left customers with no warranty. Owner moved to a different state and has set up new shop. Wow! I can not believe how fast this was! I called on a Tuesday for a diagnostic (they did a complementary one where most wanted $75 just to come out!) and they were able to get Bryan to come out THAT SAME DAY! Business is closed as of the end of October 2021. I had a 10 year warranty with their unit and it was installed 2 years ago. So much for that...
