We ordered stair treads from Dean Flooring Company. After receiving no shipment and no communication for 2 weeks, I began inquiring about the delay. With sporadic email communications, I learned the stair treads we desired were on back-order. There was no information provided about when delivery could be expected. !DO NOT PLACE AN ORDER WITH DEAN STAIR TREADS / DEAN FLOORING / DEAN APPAREL! I placed an order in November of 2022. I followed up in December and was told my stair treads were shipping "soon". I followed up in January and was told the product I selected was on back order. This company is horrible.. I spoke to Angela and I ordered samples (May 1) from them, they were never SENT. She (Angela) was happy to send me an invoice ASAP for the samples $75..which were NEVER sent. When I requested an update (May 12) on the order weeks later. She had no idea what I was talking about and asked for my shipping address. Still got no response when I replied. Emailed again in June, with an update. Which was completely ignored. I ordered 6 stair treads on February 1st. Was told repeatedly they were being shipped. They took $280 of my money and I have never received the product. Calls and emails continue to go unanswered. Cannot even confirm they are still in business. Fraudulent company and no recourse apparently.
Can someone please do something about this company? I placed an order on Feburary 13, 2023 and have never received the order. I called several times, but they rarely answer the phone. When they do answer, I am told the manager will call me back. Never happens. I have sent numerous emails requesting a refund. It is now June 3, 2023 and I have still not received my order or refund. TOTOL FRAUD.
Order placed 1/29/23; anticipated delivery within a month based on previous (positive) experiences several years prior. Called and spoke with different service reps late Feb then again early-mid March. First call was told typical delivery now 6 weeks due to supply chain delays. Poor customer service. I have called and emailed but no one has responded. I purchased the "pet friendly" stair treads which were initially wonderful. However, recently my dog slipped while going up stairs. I checked each tread and found that most of the treads were loose while others were so stuck that the backing remained on the stairs. Needless to say, save the money and use double sided tape.
Writing this in May 2023. I placed my order # 34155 and was charged immediately for it. The order for a custom landings for my stair case. They charged me an arm and a leg for it. Then asked me to send them patterns and dimensions which I did and they confirmed receipt of the patterns. After many months of follow-up they kept saying that they are "working on it". Run away from this business. They bill your card immediately, then allow no changes, cancellations, refunds. They give NO information, even after multiple requests. My order has had a status of "Awaiting shipment" for a month. They refuse to give me any more information. I don't expect to ever get it
