I'm out $640. placed an order last year for treads that never arrived. Believed the company when they said they would be coming but they never did. Now it is too late to dispute the charge. I think they are out of business now.

They took my money via AFFIRM and I still have no product nor a response. I've been waiting for 3 months. I filed a complaint with the GA Attorney General. AFFIRM is also complicit in this scam. Watch out!!

I'm having the same experience as the rest of you. I placed an order for stair treads in February 2024 and have not received the order. No one at the company will respond to my emails and their voicemail box is full, so I can't leave a message.

By the way, Dean Stair Treads, LLC doesn't even deserve one star, but in order to warn others about this company I had to give them at one. DO NOT ORDER STAIR TREADS FROM THIS COMPANY! After ordering the stair treads, you will not hear back at all. On January 11, 2024 I purchased the stair treads from Dean Stair Treads with a promise that my order would arrive within 6 weeks. Ordered a set of Stair Treads 3 months ago and never received them, nor was able to reach anyone by phone or email to get an estimated delivery date. I had purchased a similar product several years ago from the company and did receive it. However, this time around I was charged on the same day as my order was placed, but never heard back from the company after multiple attempts.

Not sure why these people haven't been investigated & prosecuted by the Georgia Attorney General. I realize that each case may not be grand theft & might be considered chump change in the hierarchy of criminal behavior but, come on. How many honest customers have to be screwed out of their hard-earned money before somebody does something to stop it? There's about 20 complaints on this site. I can guarantee there are many more. Website wasnt working to place the order. I called, and was directed to pay via paypal through an email they sent me. Received an order number placed jan 9th. Its is feb 5th, still havent received shipping confirmation, or the treads. Ive called multiple times, no answer, left voicemail, no call backs, their voicemail is now full. Placed an order for stair treads and runner in October 2023. Charge card was billed and paid but still have not received items. When reaching out to them in late November, I was told that the items were back ordered but they were expecting a shipment within 2 weeks. The past 2 emails and phone message (late Dec./early Jan.) have gone unanswered so today I sent and email to cancel the order and refund my payment.
