Placed order.. unfortunately before reading reviews. Over a month now, show in fulfillment. Website says delivery in 1-3 business days. Contacted them by email, phone, message.. no return communication! Luckily I used Affirm finance and stopped any payments before going out. Now I’m just dealing with affirm to cancel the loan. No money lost though. AS OTHER REVIEWS MENTION. Appears to be big scam. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.

Like many of the other 1-Star reviews of this scam vendor, ordered product, they charged my credit care immediately, on their website, they say fulfillment is in 1-3 days, shipping 3-5 days. After repeated emails, and voicemails, no contact. So, I started to investigate the company, BBB rating of F, multiple 1-Star ratings on Houzz and Yelp. Buyer beware, should have looked them up first. Charge being disputed with my credit card. DO NOT bother with this fake company. Too bad you can't leave Zero Stars.

As all other reviewers' mention, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. They are con artists that take you money and never deliver your order. The district attorney's office of GA should investigate this company fraudulent activities.

I have the same complaint as others. Ordered treads, they charged my card, and treads never shipped. Multiple emails to the company with responses stating that the material is back ordered, it’s shipping soon etc etc. After 3 months, I canceled my order by email and the emailed me back stating I’d receive a refund in 3-5 business days. No refund and I’m working with my credit card company to resolve.

Rod G****** ****** ** ****** Do not trust this company. I placed an order in March 2023 for about $460. No product has ever shown up. A few emails were answered initially with excuses of backorder, partial order, product not available so we switched orders. For last few months.....nothing after emails. It appears that there have been lots of similar complaints. It appears they are no longer in business or have a physical address. ?is there anything I/we can do to get product or at least get money back +

Kiley and Angela Dean are Thieves! Do not order from this company!!!! They are no longer in business but they will take your order and your money on both stairtreads.com and deanstairtreads.com websites. Order was placed in January and they will not answer emails or phone calls. Business is not at the 3056 N Dug Gab Road address and hasnt been there in over a year.

They have stolen my money as they clearly have no intention of sending me the product I ordered! They were great 2 years ago when I ordered treads for my previous house… now I need them for my new house. They happily took my $868.50 on June 20th and my multiple attempts to get a response by phone or email have gone unanswered. ?? I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!

THIEVES! How is this place still in business? I placed a small order six months ago. About four weeks after I placed the order, I received an email saying that my order will ship soon. Since then; NOTHING. I can’t get a response from numerous voice Mail I left or emails I have sent. I have requested a full refund, but again no response…..and they proclaim themselves as Christians.

Avoid this company!!! They used to be legit, but I don't think they are anymore. I don't know what has happened to this company??? I ordered from them 3 years ago and I received my stair treads in a reasonable time. They were great. Moved and needed a new set for the new house and had not qualms about going back to Dean. However, I recently placed an order 2.5 months ago... and nothing. I call. I email. All I hear is that the order should be shipped soon.
