I saw Dr. Sher for a follow up regarding allergy shots I've been receiving for months. As always, she was very interested in my progress. She was very pleased with how much better I've been feeling since taking the shots. I am getting much fewer allergy attacks and sinus infections. I had a very disappointing experience with this office today. I confirmed multiple times before driving over an hour with my son to the appointment that they had all the necessary paperwork and the referral in place. They reassured me everything was ready. However, once I arrived, I was told they could not see my son because the referral was under a different doctor’s name within their own network but in another city.This shows how poorly they work and how unorganized their system is. I was a little scared after reading some reviews but no. She was so helpful. Wonderful. Best doctor out there. Don't believe the horror stories, she is so clear and effective with her treatment and will make sure you are feeling better ASAP. Women like her are meant to be doctors. Thanks Dr.Kamili!
Best doctor I have EVER met. I really felt like she understood me and i could see she was very smart and honestly one of the best allergists I have met, many people say she is disrespectful or too rushed but I've seen her and this doctor is so educated and I feel like people dislike her only because she disagrees with what they say, but I say TRUST THIS DOCTOR. Dr. Sugerman is a caring doctor. He also spends lots of time with me and I was not rushed. His nurse staff is also very good.
I was turned away at the front desk and denied my appointment-even though I had arrived only minutes past their grace period. I'm incredibly disappointed by the lack of empathy and flexibility shown by the front office staff at this practice. We just had a newborn and I had gone out of my way to arrange and pay for a babysitter so l could attend this visit. This doctor could have cared less about my problem. I left his office with the same questions I entered with. He made me feel like I was wasting his time. My time and money spent was just as valuable as his! This doctor was uncaring and unfriendly. Very disappointed. I would recommend using google instead!
Best Dr. I have ever had.
Am grateful to be able to see Dr Posthumus, he goes above and beyond to help. He is kind, listens and doesn't rush the appointments.
