My daughter just recently moved in to Hamptons On High. She is subleasing which created a hiccup regarding cleaning and painting of unit, however, the issues were resolved in time to prep room before move in. The landscaping could use some attention, and trash receptacles need a specially designed spot to avoid being in plain view. Parking & location are great.
