I was unable to make my scheduled appointment and rescheduled, however a mix up still occured and I wasn't on the new days scheduled. Service Lady (I'm embarrassed to say I don't recall her name) was empathetic and squeezed me in. I really appreciated it, as it was a long crazy week and unsure when I could do it again. Bonus too...I got some needed downtime in their relaxing waiting room and read a book! 😃 Thank you!
Quick inspection, service advisor was very helpful.
I have never received worse service than at this place. The first time I took my car here for a recall I was given a two hour time estimate, and don't get the car back until noon the next day. Then my car needed another recall for the door latches done, and they returned the car to me with no power locks working. Also the interior of the car was wet? Idk how that even happens. Next time I went there for tires, a set of Continental all seasons and an alignment. Within 15,000 miles the rears were bald and the fronts almost so.... read more

Travis was easy to deal with and very helpful, I believe the manager Matt he was awesome to work with as well , definitely recommend dean arbour if your looking for a vehicle. We will use dean arbour again for our vehicle needs.
I brought a Ford pick up here to get an alignment done. Jeff the service manager scheduled me in and got it done but I noticed the top of each front tire was leaned in, (negative camber). Jeff persuaded to tell me that was as close to spec as they could get it and I "just needed to drive it and if it wasn't right call back".
