I had a bad experience at first but then George (I apologize if I spelt your name wrong) made a huge effort to correct everything and make me feel welcomed as a customer. After talking with him and seeing the effort he put in to make sure everything was better it spoke volumes about how they truly handle business.
I am always happy with the service department at Dean Arbour Ford. Friendly atmosphere. Professional service! Everyone is always so friendly and helpful.

An oil change should be uneventful. They got the truck right in, finished in a timely manner. All good till I in got to leave. The floor mat looked like it just got back from a day at the beach. This is the first oil change on a vehicle less than a month old, and my first vehicle and service from Dean Arbour. Strike one. That was June 9th. Ground Hog Day... July 8th same thing. STRIKE TWO July 22 The service manager called me today. We had a nice discussion on ways to make systemic changes to remedy the situation.
