Brought a car from Brad which I regret now. So far it has cost me to fix for rego $4245. He will not reply to my texts. Broke my trust as he should be paying for the cost of repair as it is on the contract within three months of the sale as per the contract on the paperwork. So he left me no choice I have made a formal complaint against him with Motor traders association of Australia. DO NOT TRUST THIS PERSON AS HE IS DECEITFUL.
Very poor experience with this car yard, while my husband was waiting for finance to be approved ( that the car yard had organised) they went ahead and sold the car the same day !!! They didn’t even let him know until after he had done the approval,I wouldn’t recommend anyone dealing with this car yard .
Done the right thing by us time & time again..bought at least 4 cars here over the years. Nice work team!
I am THAT customer, the hard to please one. I have bought numerous cars from Brad, and he has always gone the extra mile, to do the right thing, rectifying any problems and providing honest, friendly service. Good on ya, mate. See you next car.
Sold us a car with a coolant issue they did not tell us about car was overheating after a couple weeks and had to be repaired. Also straight up lied about the car having a 3 month warranty. Bunch of lying salesmen stay away
