I had work performed on my auto at this dealership that later failed and was told it was an oversight on their part.... but would not replace what they caused..... a secretary that looked more like a commentator for the circus and a service manager that was probably a failure in the NASCAR school didn't help and couldn't get their stories straight between them and time came for the work to be redone..... Having a motorcoach and being female too often lends itself to large vehicle shops trying to sell me things I do not need. To be on the safe side I have it checked elsewhere. I have found my RV shop for chassis, brakes and everything built by Ford! The “Shop guys” were warm and welcoming, treated me as an equal and delivered the highest level of service I’ve ever encountered for any vehicle. Cody was amazing! He took such good care of me & got me into the perfect car that met my growing family’s needs! I never felt pressured or pushed into buying & was completely comfortable throughout the entire process. I had just left another dealership after completely being swarmed by their sales staff and coming in alone as a woman his “not so salesy” approach was absolutely refreshing! A new vehicle was purchased on a Saturday and an accessory was purchased at the same time to be ordered for installation the following week. After waiting almost two weeks, a call was made and the part had not been ordered. That issue has been resolved but now, over a month later, the temporary tags have expired and there seems to be a mix-up regarding whether or not the initial new vehicle inspection was performed (didn’t know that was required on new vehicles). I received a letter that there was a recall on my car. I called Tindol Ford and spoke with Lisa Fischer in the Service Department. I needed a loaner car to get to work and she was very accommodating. Lisa checked me in quickly and had me on my way in less than 10 minutes. I have found a new dealership to go to for maintenance on my car and a wonderful person, Lisa Fischer, to contact. Brought my 2011 FX2 Truck new there, its been serviced there ever since. Robert Campbell has always been there to help me anyway he can. all there service reps have been great!
