3 Star : Likely to Recommend 4 Star : Repair Quality Repair was done in a timely manner and you'd never know anything had happened it looks so good! My only complaint is the interior of the car was very dirty when I picked it up. I had to detail the interior due to the amount of dirt and dust. Seats are also very smudged with dust and will need scrubbing. Also, wiper fluid was not filled at all and I will need to fill myself. 0 Star : My Experience Estimate called for quarter panel replacement. Instead it feels like body filler was used instead. Car was filthy on the inside with metal debris and bonds dust. Paint run on the door edge. Not happy as Roger says he was unaware of the actual work done. Now everything comes into question on what was replaced per the estimate.
