0 Star : My Experience One my name is spelt wrong. Yep, my car was only supposed to be 1-1.5 weeks. It took 2.5, which I understand things happen. But it felt as though nothing was done thoroughly. It felt like I was being treated as a “side project” and not a true customer. I’m a single mom, I have one car and I needed my car back ASAP. So being told 1.5 weeks, that’s what I planned for. 0 Star : My Experience The work they did on my car was amazing. It looks good as now, you can’t tell that it had ever been worked on. That being said, I was very accommodating and told them because my car was drivable I was fine bringing it in when they had time for it even if that meant waiting awhile. They gave me a date, I put it in my calendar right after I got off the phone, and I brought it in an on set date. I received a rental car through my insurance for one month.
