5 Star : My Experience After I had my vehicle back for a cpl weeks, I discovered the back window defroster didn't work and the wiper on the rear gate was wiping down on the door, instead of up on the window. I also brought to their attn that the gas shock on the rear gate was making a weird noise, that it didn't make before I dropped off the vehicle. They fixed the first 2 issues right away.
