Rey did a great and very thorough job fixing the A/C on our 2017 Chrysler Pacifica. The problem was the evaporator and he had to dismantle the whole front panel. He explained everything very clearly before we left the car and was very friendly. Rey always sent us videos and pics with updates and explained the entire process as he went along. This review to me is very important, the reason is because it is not easy to find a technician who is Honest and has sincere and genuine care to fix another persons automobile. Rey took on a job that many other repair shops tried but was not able to complete or make the proper repairs. There is a wait time sometimes due to the high requests for his work.
