Dead River is a great company and Doug Wilkins is the best salesman!
Try having your CDL drivers drive the speed limit, especially on back roads with kids playing. 40 in a 25 is unacceptable.
I want to recommend Dead River Company as a top performer for our heating and oil needs. We have been working with them for almost 20 years and have always been fully satisfied with their services. Earlier this week , two of their members, Jaynel Ledger in service and Ray Bishop, a delivery driver, helped us out of a very difficult situation. One phone call in the middle of the night for No Heat. Dead River tech showed up 30m later. Fixed the problem thanks.
Per Robin (office worker) drivers deliver between 7am and Midnight. Delivery times are random with no schedule. I understand we’re all busy but poor girl is always so unorganized and often confused. Get her some help or training! Terrible experience as a customer. The drivers are pretty good in my area and always friendly. It’s too bad I can’t say the same for the office. Again, Robin seems overwhelmed- it’s hard to be professional under those circumstances but respectfully, that’s not the customers problem. Good luck.
