Customer service is great
We had a recent event - one that we considered an emergency - recently when we stopped receiving gas (propane) to our appliances. It was about 6:00 on a weekend evening. Dead River dispatched a technician dispatched to our house, and John arrived by 8:00; took about 45 minutes to replace the regulator and ensure that everything was working properly. John was friendly, polite, patient, and efficient. One of the best customer service interactions we have ever experienced! Thank you, John and Dead River!!
