Terrible billing department. They will send you to collections with out sending you a bill. They called one time and left a message, when we called them back they couldn't find a bill that was due. They will set up consults for specialties be cancel the appointment the day before with no reason, when called about it they will say our insurance wasn't showing but its fixed now and reschedule only to cancel the day before again.
