I am so pleased with the help my mom and I have received. Help with necessary devices, e.g., wheel chair, toilet chair, supplies, nurse care, medication, Pastor Josh, respite care ( I have not used yet because my mom does not want to leave her house).
Deaconess Hospice has provided great support during these difficult times. Big shout out to Nicki.
I'm very grateful for Deaconess Hospice. They have been a delight for my family and I, Ww appreciate all of the support frin the nurses, aides and volunteers. When we need help we can call and ask for a volunteer to stay with our loved one while we take care of our errands. Thank you for your support, patience and dedication every time. We feel seen and heard and we matter!
If I could have given 0 stars I would. Do not use this company! I was warned, used them anyway. My mom passed Sunday January 4th. The on call nurse showed up I was told she would get her cleaned up and presentable. I had to ask her to do this. Mom passed in a terrible position so it should have been done when she got here. Funeral home was called when they showed up and left so did she and she never said bye. I thought maybe I would hear from them Monday for condolences.... nothing.... now I just got a text from the aide who... read more
A wonderful group of caring people. I have used them twice, and they have always been there to help me in every aspect of my parent's care. I appreciate their compassion.
