10/10 company/owner. I am a volunteer for Habitat for Humanity of Kent County. Seth has done work for the organization so I called him about insulating my 75 year old attic. And I am sooooo very pleased with his work. He returns phone calls, is prompt with quotes which are clear and very reasonable, his crew is on point with everything from start to finish. Seth knows how to communicate with his customers in a way that provides a gold standard for others to follow. .
I initially had Seth come out and give me a quote back in February. I had waited for my attic to be cleaned out and I reached back out to Seth, and he stuck with what he first quoted me for, which was awesome of him, and I am thankful for. As his workers showed up there was almost no English from them as I was trying to make small talk and I wanted to communicate to them about a small trash bin that was left in the upper attic in hopes that it could be removed before any blown in insulation. We had DeVos Insulation work on two seperate houses we have, and we are thrilled with the work. Both were older houses (1910 & 1950) with a lack of insulation, and we went into the process without much knowledge. DeVos Insulation helped us with creative and cost effective solutions on both houses. We have seen a significant decrease in ice dams and both houses are noticeably more comfortable. We would absolutely recommend their services!
