Purchased a bag I love and use over a year ago, few months back I won a giveaway of theirs, was sent a defective bag with black spots and ripped on handle, reached put immediately. Was told they will arrange for replacement since I am local, then was ghosted, reached out again was asked to arrange for exchange at their location and then ghosted again. I placed an order on July 29th and never received it. I’ve contacted the customer service they never try to solve the problem. I requested a refund for many times and they just never get back to you. The experience is extremely awful. I have no idea why to process a refund is that difficult

I bought my bag in September I return it five days later ,because the color was not like the picture and it has damage too .believe or not I call them no answer and i email them they told me we well talk with team ??????????????? I still waiting for my refund and send them Emails and massages there is no answer??????????? Im still waiting for my refund until today????

This is the perfect bag for every occasion , it is so stylish , young , and classy. I ordered one in every color ! The costumer service and shipping was excellent. The bag itself is durable and great quality. This bag is so useful being that I do vacation and travel a lot , I get compliments everywhere I go with it , a true unique eye catching cute accessory that hold a lot .
