I honestly love living here! I’ve lived here for about three years now just for context. The place is always super clean and kept up nicely, and it’s so quiet, peaceful, and safe. The neighbors are really nice, and the management is awesome always friendly and quick to help out. Plus, there’s tons of shopping and stuff nearby, so everything I need is right around the corner. Definitely a great spot to call home!
I called to ask if they offered month to month leasing and the woman on the phone just said "We aren't student housing". She didn't answer my question and I guess just because I'm young and looking for month to month housing means I'm a student and I'm not subject to any of their help.
Great apartment complex at a great location in SLO. We've been living here with our two cats for eight months. The management and maintenance staff are friendly and helpful. The layout of the units helps keep noise to a minimum. The landscaping is beautiful and the amenities, like the pool, hot tub, game room, and fitness center, are clean and well maintained. All-around: A+.
This complex is by far, the best in San Luis Obispo. How do I know? Because in two months, I will have been living here for 13 years. That says a lot since I'm very particular as to where I live. Prior to moving back to SLO, I lived in an amazing apartment in Palm Springs and prior to that, I owned two homes. I didn't think I could be happy in another apartment.
