I attempted to tour the property bc I’m in town for one day and I move next month, leasing officer was extremely rude and seemingly annoyed about my existence . She refused to let me tour property bc she was ‘too busy’ and very off putting the whole interaction . Barely gave me information regarding open units and was on her phone while talking to me
The apartments are spacious and have been updated. The property manager, Christina makes sure the grounds are well kept. There is an excellent 24 hour maintenance service. The complex is in walking distance to stores and restaurants. Not far from the beaches and downtown. Excellent place to live. It is a quiet area with many amenities. Highly recommend.
I honestly love living here! I’ve lived here for about three years now just for context. The place is always super clean and kept up nicely, and it’s so quiet, peaceful, and safe. The neighbors are really nice, and the management is awesome always friendly and quick to help out. Plus, there’s tons of shopping and stuff nearby, so everything I need is right around the corner. Definitely a great spot to call home!
I called to ask if they offered month to month leasing and the woman on the phone just said "We aren't student housing". She didn't answer my question and I guess just because I'm young and looking for month to month housing means I'm a student and I'm not subject to any of their help.
