If I could give 0 stars I would. We booked a four day star with De Paula that was to occur in early April 2020. Then, 5 days later, all of the parks closed due to COVID-19. I reached out to De Paula and they refused to refund any part of what we paid (we paid in full). They told me we could re-book for some date in the future, but if that date was affected by the coronavirus then we would receive no refund. Absolutely unacceptable. Paulo Alves of De Paulo Realty is one of the nicest, most understanding and professional people I have ever met. I lived in one of the most wonderful properties he manages for 5 years. I unfortunately struggled the last year (2018) with the rent and had to move. Paulo treated me with complete respect and was very sympathetic to my situation. My realtor was trying to contact this agent for over two weeks with virtually no response. When she finally got in touch with the realtor, he did not know any details of the property he had listed. Further attempts to contact him in regards to details of the properly failed.
