Called once- set an appointment & got an awesome haircut from Henry. Even gave him a 50% tip. Called today to set a second appointment and just got hung up on the moment I said "Good Afternoon." The only words the guy on the other end of the line said was the name of the store. If the guy answering the phone doesn't speak English that is totally acceptable; what's not acceptable is hanging up in the customer's face without saying a word.
