Gave us a viewing, had us sign the lease and we put in our deposit. A day later, he messaged at 10:30pm telling us that he no longer will work with the landlord and “good luck”. Landlord reached out to us and told us we can no longer move in and that Shadde pocketed the money. Super unprofessional and unacceptable behaviour by both Shadde and the landlord. Took us a headache and a half to get our deposit back!
