JUST HAD TOOTH EXTRACTED.AS BAD AS HAVING A TOOTH PULLED IS. DR AND STAFF WERE GREAT. DR HAS GREAT HUMOR TO TRY AND EASE YOUR MIND. IT WAS AS PLEASANT AS IT COULD BE AND EXPLAINED EVERYTHING. I AM NOW SENDING MY DAUGHTER TO HAVE HER WISDOMS DONE.
I was referred to Dr DeGould to have my wisdom teeth removed. The procedure went very quickly and without any complications. I was really pleased how caring, sincere, and thorough Dr. Deould and his staff were. I would recommend him to anyone.
I went to Dr. De Gould to have an abcessed tooth extracted. I can honestly say that I have never been so traumatized in all my life. This was not my first oral surgery either, I have had several. I had a bad feeling from the moment I dealt with the receptionist. She was horribly rude! HIs assistant was completely incompetent. She affixed the blood pressure cuff on wrong and I ended up having a terrible bruise where it pinched me while it was pumping up. My husband had his wisdom tooth pulled on Monday. By Thursday (Nov 24th)he was not doing good. I called Dr DeGould and he told us to meet him at his office in Rockford on Thanksgiving morning. I has WOW'd by this. Most doctor's would have said "Go the the ER" but not Dr DeGlould. He is very caring and understanding. Thanks Dr DeGould. Mary T
had upper teeth removed in 2008 still have perf sinus cavity,seen surgeon last week he said sinus cavity will close eventually,every response from other oral surgeons said the sinus cavity should be closed right away.so now i will be having another surgery to repair sinus cavity,and will have to have bone graft to replace all the bone he removed.i would not recommend this guy to anyone
My dentist has referred me to Dr. De Gould three separate times to get four teeth extracted. My first time was to have two abscessed teeth pulled while I was 8 months pregnant. The last two times were to have wisdom teeth removed. They are pretty fast to get you in; my last visit they got me in the same day I called. The appointments went extremely fast all three times. Im a mom of 3 and he put me through more pain in two months than any one of my labors. I had a wisdom tooth pulled and he left so many pieces of tooth in it caused massive infection,and I had Dry root so bad I could not even breath through my mouth eat or drink and when he used a drill on my wisdom tooth he drilled a hole through the root of the tooth infront of it leaving me in more PAIN than I have ever felt in my life! This guy is arrogant, brash, and cocky. Don't use him. He affixed a chain to my son's tooth that was having trouble dropping into it's proper place. The chain was then used by the orthodontist to pull the tooth into place. The chain broke. The orthodontist said that this wasn't that uncommon, simply have DeGould reattach the chain. DeGould wanted to have another consultation which was going to cost us another $150.
