DeFelice I have been a costumer for the past 10-15 years or so. I order your pizza, chesse sticks and wing every Sunday from your St.Clairsville Location. Over the course of the last 4 Sundays my order has been wrong every time. The employees seam to care less. The location needs looked into. I love your pizza but if the problem continues I will have to start going somewhere else.
So today (valentines day) I tried to surprize my wife of 7 years with what she wanted for valintines and that was a box of chocolates and a heart shaped pizza from defelice, as I got the chocolates I orderd the pizza in hopes that I will walk through the door after workin a 12hr shift with the said pizza and chocolates and sure as sh*t they had allready sent it out for delivery before I paid for it and got to the house and turned out it wasint even a heart shape pizza as I requested but a reg large, I understand you guys may... read more
RecommendedI did have a couple of bad experiences with a certain location. However, when I posted these experiences I was contacted by Dominic DeFelice personally and was assured that the situations would be taken care of! How wonderful is that? These days you never come across that kind of personal touch that makes you really feel like a valued customer. I can now assure you that DeFelice will never lose our business and instead gain our complete support and recommendations!
So, we came to the St. Clairsville restaurant tonight for dinner, and it took nearly two hours to get our food, & almost all of it was WRONG. The server was hideously rude, and she even got my fiance's water wrong. How does that happen?? Then after she was going to "fix" our breadsticks, after 30 minutes we still didn't have them. They hadn't even started cooking them and they were NOT very apologetic. Plus, the restaurant was not busy at all, so I'm not sure what took so long on our order. Horrible service. The waitress was on drugs. I asked for a water and she gave me something brown. Did she fish the water out of the toilet? C'mon..I would rate lower but it's not an option.
