I ordered the lunch special today from Martins Ferry Defelice. I got the small pizza with a Pepsi (that the driver didn't bring) and a cheese bread. The pizza is burnt and looks disgusting. I order at 1:20 and received my pizza an hour later at 2:20. Ordered the same thing on Friday and had to wait an hour and 15 minutes also. My mom and I met up with other family to have dinner at the Defelice in St. Clairsville. I feel bad for the waitress because she was doing everything she could but.... We sat for over an hour waiting for 2 salads, a pepperoni roll and wings. The pepperoni roll came out first. The two salads came out later. And mine was wrong. The wings finally came about 15 minutes later. Asked a manager to come over. He did. Apologized. And offered 20% off the bill. When the salad came out wrong, he then said 50% off the bill.
