St Clairsville restaurant is filthy! Ants INSIDE the salt shaker, on the seats and running up my leg!! Service was bad. Served the wrong food two different times. Floors, tables, salt & pepper shakers, and napkin holders are dirty. The entire place needs cleaned. Windows are dirty and there are dead bugs on the window seals. We love the food but until the entire place is cleaned we will not be back.

3 weeks ago I saw the DeFelice tv commercial at the beginning of the Steeler game. Ordered our pizza and boneless Parmesan rosemary crusted wings. Perfect food for the game. The Steelers won. Placed the same order for the Playoff game vs. the Dolphins. Steelers won. Placed the same order last week for the Playoff game vs. the Chiefs. Steelers won. Coincidence? I have been ordering from DeFelice Bros. Pizza consistently for over 25 years and still order at least once a week. The food is always fresh and high quality and full of flavor, nothing bland or boring about their food, mighty tasty. Among my favorites are the Spinach Calzone, Ribeye Steak Sub and Taco Pizza and I almost always add an order of bread sticks.
