They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. The restrooms here are not well-stocked. My stall had no toilet paper so I had to use a toilet seat cover. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. This pediatrician is so kind and has the most wonderful bedside manner. They are really in tune with children and my child is definitely a fan. I love that whenever my child is sick, they get them in right away. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding. I didn't feel completely safe when I arrived for my appointment because the building wasn't in a very safe neighborhood. They should maybe consider moving somewhere else if they want clients to return. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. When I first opened the door to their office, I noticed a faint but distinctly foul odor. It wasn't unbearable, but it definitely wasn't enjoyable.
