I love this vet clinic! Dr. Bates & Dr. Greenspan both are very sweet, kind doctors. The staff (Nick, Terri, etc) are friendly and pleasant. My dog Pepper may not enjoy getting poked & prodded, but he still trusts the staff here (which is a big deal as he gets quite anxious). I even had an urgent situation once while caring for my mom's dog while she was out of town for almost 2 weeks and I called De Anza Vet Clinic and they made sure I could come in ASAP to get care, when I could have ended up at ER Vet (who are also great,... read more
Fabulous staff. Two doctors are both excellent. Very caring people; experienced and knowledgeable. Clean office, patient rooms, and back area. They see exotic pets, as well as cats and dogs. They take time with your pet (and you), and make sure you understand everything whether it's vaccines or surgical procedures. I have had several pet mice and rats seen by both doctors, as well as my 3 cats. I just cannot say enough good things about Dr Bates, Dr Greenspan, and all the staff at DeAnza!
During the time I lived in Campbell, my kitty TC had a crisis caused by a veterinarian in another city. A dear friend recommended her vet, Dr. Bates and DeAnza Veterinary Clinic, for follow-up. Dr. Bates and his staff gave TC excellent care, which I am convinced helped to save and lengthen his life. (TC passed in April, at nearly 19.) I am now living in SoCal, but I heartily recommend Dr. Bates and DeAnza to my NorCal pet-parent friends!
