I am so very happy that I met DDS Dentures + Implant Solutions of Cypress Texas. Dr. Alexander Shepherd is a great Doctor, she’s excellent in her skills and technique as a dentist. I travel 6 hours for her to take care of my teeth. I am one that is very afraid of the pain from dental work. Dr. Shepherd is very gentle and she does not hurt me. She has this great technique. I Thank God for her. The remainder of the staff is so polite and they go above and beyond to accommodate the patients. Everyone there is so friendly.

As usual, yesterday's appointment was great. The corona precautions in place are good, well thought out. The techs are the best in the business. The staff at the desk nothing but good to say about them. First thing comes to mind is friendly knowledgeable and great at their jobs. I usually hate going to medical type offices, but DDS is the exception.
I apologize but I cannot remember her name but the technician was kind and proficient. She did exactly what needed to be done with a caring, polite attitude.
