The staff and the doctor were kind, compassionate as well as thorough. They prepared a detail plan for me along with the cost of everything. I highly recommend them.
Everyone is very friendly when you first enter the door. My service was great. The attendant was very friendly and patient. She listened to my concerns and took my concerns serious. I appreciate the fact that they are very patient.
I would like to start off saying I am scared to go to any dentist. From the moment I walked in the door to this office the girls made me feel that "everything would be OK". I almost forgot where I was at they are so nice and friendly. Dr Alexandra Shepherd and her assistant Mark Hylton were amazing. This place genuinely cares about their patients and their feelings. Dr. Shepard is my dentist. She is very informative, and always has a smile on her face. It has taken me a very long time to trust a dentist, and I finally found her. She is very caring and great at her job.
The entire staff was very professional and kind. They were very informative and helpful.
I had an awesome experience at DDS and will continue to use them in the future. The staff and doctors were awesome and answered and handled all my concerns and question. Very nice and clean office and work areas. I will recommend DDS to anyone who is looking to improve they're smile, like I did.
This place is heavenly sent. The office is clean and the people are so nice. The receptionist answered all our questions. I was very nervous going in but they kept reassuring me every thing was going to be okay. They showed me a movie to explain what to expect before and after surgery .The dentist was very compassionate towards me being comfortable. My husband was so impressed that he's going to his teeth done also.Thank you so much everyone
