They did an excellent job removing some dead limbs from our trees. Took great care in cleaning up after they were done. Bug is great to work with. She is very knowledgeable about trees and the care they need.

Last year D&D removed a medium sized tree from out front lawn and I was happy with their work. That said this last March I was given a quote for a very large ash in our backyard. I was put on the schedule for approx late April. It is now late August and I have never been contacted as to when they could or would do it. Requested tree trimming service three months ago and D&D never showed up to do the work, even with monthly follow-up requests. Their motto is "We Won't LEAF You Hanging!", which is exactly what they did to us.
