I called for a garage door emergency and the team was very responsive, checking with the field service and coming out to fix the issue within an hour. I'm very pleased with the service!
Professional, courteous, friendly, kind. I had my garage door installed in 2022, and in 2023 a paving company damaged 2 of the panels. Currently that is in litigation for a resolution, but in the meantime I called D&D for a panel replacement. I spoke with David and he was so kind and empathetic to my story. I had a garage door installed about a year ago. Initially, the installer promised me a $150 rebate and said he’d provide the details after the installation. Predictably, after the job was done, he ignored me completely. No rebate, no follow-up—what a surprise. Six months later, I noticed that one of the springs on the door, which isn’t used much, wasn’t even connected.
