If I can give a worse rating I would. Purchased vehicle back in May 2021. At this point, I was already full term in my pregnancy. We already had a pre-approval letter from our bank therefore, I refused to put my social security number in any credit application. I was told I had to complete credit application even though I had pre-approval. It took alot longer than expected since sales and finance people at the dealership insisted they try to "bet" my rate given by my credit union. Again, I refused. Went to purchase a car for my daughter at DCH toyota. I had to find a sales person to assist us no greeting no one on the lot. We were assisted by "AL" who apologized and helped us. We test drove a Honda priced on CARFAX for $15,674. We decided to purchase it. They run my daughters credit, she has a score of 712. Why did the sales manager tell us that she needed $2500 down, it would be a 72 month loan at $364!!??? We had Al ****** (salesman) and Johnny****** (finance) help us on Friday. It was the best and quickest car buying experience my husband and I have ever gone through. We were in and out from start to finish in an hour and a half. We were blown away by the staff professionalism. Everyone was masked and very conscientious of making sure everyone was as safe and everything as clean as possible for covid.
