RecommendedDennis Estrada was extremely helpful and cordial. He went out of his way to make us comfortable. He even pick me up the day that I was receiving the car. As someone like myself who works in the service industry I can say that Dennis Estrada is a true professional. The person who handled our credit application as well as the customer service agent of DCH who helped inform me of all the devices and gadgets that my vehicle came with make DCH a place where I would come back and would recommend to anybody.
Manny is an outstanding sales rep! He is always so helpful and made my first car lease a very easy process! I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to shop for a car, he always does an incredible job and is a pleasure to work with!

I just started my 3rd lease with DCH Paramus Honda and this experience was the best one yet. After getting the runaround and feeling manipulated by a different car brand dealership, working with Jesus on my lease was a breath of fresh air. The process was pleasant, communication was clear, and I never once felt pressured or like I wasn't being taken seriously as a customer. Ive had nothing but problems with them. My dad leased a car, got sick within that month and passed away the next from Cancer and they wont do anything to help us. He had the car for 2 months and now we are saddled with a crazy expensive lease bill for the next 33 months and they are not willing to help. You'd think theyd have some humanity for a situation like this but all they care about is the money not their customers. My entire family have used this Honda dealership but not longer.
