The dispatcher, Nicola, was professional, competent, and friendly. She understood my current health issues and was quick to assure me they could assist. Patrick, the driver was GREAT! Also the consummate professional. As I was unable, he kindly took my bags up the stairs for me. Again, aware of my physical condition, he made sure to bring me directly to the airline's curbside check in. I couldn't be more pleased to find such a great company! All my best to them!
If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would. I used DC Path some years ago, and returned to them after some disappointments with another company. I happened to have the owner, Patrick, pick me up at the start of my vacation and again picking me up at Dulles. Patrick was early in picking me up for my outbound flight. I used DC Path Transportation Services while in town for business. We had a 4 hour window to do some sightseeing and thought using a service to take us to the attractions would be the best use of time. Our driver Patrick was polite, professional, and very accommodating. Even though he expressed he was not a tour guide, he did an amazing job on getting us to where we wanted to go and had a lot of good information and suggestions along our trek.
We recently hired DC Path to transport me and my colleagues during a conference, and we were beyond impressed with their service. They were incredibly accommodating and flexible, even when our plans changed last minute. The drivers were professional, punctual, and friendly, making the entire experience seamless and stress-free. I would highly recommend for any transportation needs and hope to use their services again in the future.
We worked with DC Path for our April 2024 wedding, to send a car for me and my husband at the end of our wedding reception. We couldn't have been happier! Patrick and his team provided excellent customer service and accommodations. We wholeheartedly recommend their services for event transportation.
