Terrible service, I sold them my 2020 ***** bolt, they took ownership of the vehicle 8/14/2024 via delivery truck and it took me calling a total of 37 times and being lied to 4 separate times about a check having been sent for them to finally send out a check with tracking on 9/20/2024 after I threatened to bring in a ********* not work with this company, they called me 0 times to update me on the money I was owed. And they will do the same to you too.

At first I thought the sales people were great guys and answering my questions, but after I purchased my 2018 X5 from them it took a month to get it Texas. The car shows up on an empty tank and a dirty air filter. After one day of driving the vehicle the engine light came on. I took it to a mechanic and it has cost me over $4000 in repairs. I havent received any compensation or communication from D&C after the X5 went into the shop. Was really looking forward to doing business with this company considering my parents had bought from them before with no issues. Although we will definitely not be doing business with them again. Went to sign paperwork just to be told I would not be receiving my car for about another week because they had to do maintenance on it, I was disappointed but willing to wait. I'm a young college student at the age of twenty. I moved down to Oregon and finish my degree. I purchased a car from them for $10,000. I've now taken the car in thirteen times into the Salem ********** shop for repairs costing me upward of $8,000 and they still do not know what is wrong with it.
