WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! So my dad is an overseas patient, he went to see a GP here and the GP referred him to see specialist to prescribe certain medication. GP made the appointment and we asked if we can cancel it if the situation has changed and GP said cancelling should not be a problem if you give notification at least 24 hours prior.
